The Berthoud High School musical, “The Little Shop of Horrors” was a tremendous success with over 800 people attending the four performances. Cast members’ stellar performances kept audiences laughing and applauding throughout the show and the musical abilities of the young people were remarkable. The final number, “Don’t Feed the Plant,” surprised and thrilled the audience as the entire cast took to the stage and the auditorium floor dressed as zombies, mummies and ghouls performing a dance number, choreographed by Karen “Dr. Dance” Kleber, right out of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” With such incredibly talented young people and the outstanding direction of Paula Latchaw, Berthoud High School triumphs again.
