Hometown Holiday – Christmas in Berthoud Continues to Entertain

There’s still plenty of fun to be had at this week’s Christmas in Berthoud activities. Here’s a list of the remaining activiites through Dec. 20. Don’t miss out on all the fun!!
Saturday, Dec. 13
Creative Memories Annual FREE Crop Around The Christmas Tree
Crop/Open House & Shopping Galore!
Online Purchases – 50% of all profits will be donated to the fund now until Dec. 15

Bring a snack to share or a financial donation to go to the fund. RSVP to hold your spot or just come to shop and select from a number of in stock items, new products, and items no longer available. 50 percent of profits goes to Christmas in Berthoud fund.

Christmas Event at Berthoud United Methodist Church
Ninth Street and Lake Ave. 5 to 7 p.m.
A gathering for all ages that will include:
Monday, December 15th
Berthoud Library “Polar Express PJ Party”
Berthoud Public Library, 236 Welch Ave., Berthoud 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Wear your PJ’s to board the Polar Express and donate children’s books for kids in the community. Then enjoy stories, crafts, and treats, plus a “special guest” if you believe!
Saturday, December 20th
Christmas in Berthoud Gift Delivery
Officer Jeremy Yachik of the Berthoud Police Department is coordinating delivery of food, toys, and gift cards to Berthoud families in need.
There’s still time to donate and reach out to families in need from the Berthoud area. Make checks payable to: Christmas in Berthoud 2008 Fund. Donations can be dropped off at Home State Bank at Third Street and Mountain Avenue in downtown Berthoud. Cash is also gladly accepted. Also, there are numerous donation cans distributed at various businesses throughout Berthoud for your convenience.
<p>A mother and daughter cuddle up for a carriage ride around Town during Saturday’s Christmas in Berthoud celebration, which featured family events throughout the day and into the evening.</p>
<p>Fickel Park provided a lovely backdrop for the community living nativity. Bible costumes were available for those who wanted to dress up and have photos taken. Donations benefited the Christmas in Berthoud 2008 fund.</p>
