Navy Lt. Cmdr. Terry D. Fellows, a 1979 graduate of Berthoud High School, recently retired after 30 years of service while assigned to the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training as training officer department head, Naval Air Station Lemoore, Calif.
`Fellows enlisted in the Navy in 1979 as an aviation machinist mate. In 1996, he was commissioned under the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) Program. Fellows’ previous commands include Naval Aviation Technical Engineering Command as officer in charge, Strike Fighter Squadron 22 as the assistant maintenance officer, Strike Fighter Squadron 94 as the maintenance material control officer and Fleet Aviation Specialized Operational as the officer in charge.Fellows’ personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, five Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and seven Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
