Marion Jones, wife to Thomas Jones (of Jones Plumbing), mother of seven children and grandmother to twenty-two grandchildren, has been an upstanding citizen in our Berthoud community for many years. Neighbor-to-Neighbor Offers Home Buyer Education
Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N), a Fort Collins/Loveland non-profit that helps families achieve homeownership will offer home buyer classes in April. This class meets the certificate requirements for CHFA, City of Fort Collins and Larimer County down payment assistance programs as well as the HUD counseling requirement needed for Fannie Mae My Community Loan Products. Public Hearing on Big Thompson Public Lands
The Larimer County commissioners will host a public hearing in Drake Monday, March 30 at 7 p.m. to hear comments on the proposed sale of flood properties. The meeting will be held at the Big Thompson Canyon Association building one mile east of Drake on U.S. Highway 34. The commission will decide next month whether to sell county owned lots in the Hayden Subdivision to neighboring homeowners or retain parts of the properties to guarantee access by the public, most notably those who ...
