Berthoud Jr. Spartans 14 AA 13, Longmont Lobos 1
Austin Bending and Cameron Parsons combined to throw five innings of one-hit ball while striking out nine for Berthoud. The Jr. Spartans batted around in the third inning, scoring six runs. Tucker Skoric tripled and later scored on a wild pitch.

Berthoud Spartans 12 AA 12, Longmont Lynx 1
Ryan Demoudt held Longmont to one run over four innings and Severin Lier pitched an inning of relief as Berthoud won its opener. Catcher Aiden Colton threw out two base runners trying to steal and center fielder Michael McInerney made a great catch to end the game.
