County Briefs: Restaurant and Grocery Store License

Licensing fees for restaurants and other retail food establishments will rise as of July 1 according to the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment.  All food license fees are established in law by the state legislature. These fees help support Larimer County’s food protection programs, including inspections of restaurants and other retail food establishments, investigation of food-borne illnesses, follow-up on consumer complaints, and plan reviews for new or remodeled ... The Berthoud Farmers Market begins its 2009 season Thursday, June 25, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Railroad Park in downtown Berthoud. Red Mountain Open Area Ready for Business

Larimer County is set to open Red Mountain Open Space next Saturday, June 27. Search Begins for Town Administrator

Trustee Glen Buckingham presented recommendations from a subcommittee overseeing the hiring process to the board at the Tuesday, June 23 meeting.
