PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR THE
ROUNDABOUT PROJECT

The Town of Berthoud is requesting proposals and complete cost of services from Professional Engineering Consultants on CDOT’s Pre-Qualified Consultant’s List, for the construction management services for the Roundabout Project. This project will upgrade the existing intersection of 1st Street and Mountain Avenue (SH 56) with a new roundabout. Some aspect of the project will include enhancement components such as new street lights, and street scaping.

The project is located within the incorporated Town of Berthoud. Mountain Avenue is a part of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) State Highway 56. The project will include improvements to the roadway approaches along the project alignment.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference to discuss the project will be held at the Town of Berthoud’s Town Hall, located at 328 Massachusetts Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513 at 2:00 P. M., July 23, 2009.

Sealed proposals for consideration will be received at the Town of Berthoud’s Town Hall, located at 328 Massachusetts Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513, until 2:00 P. M., August 4, 2009.

Issuance of this invitation does not commit Town of Berthoud to award any contract.
