You are hereby notified that the following advertisement for Final Payment will appear in a local newspaper for two consecutive weeks.

“Northern Colorado Constructors, CONTRACTOR, was paid the full balance due on the Town of Berthoud Mountain Avenue Phase I project, covered by Specifications. All persons having claims for labor, rentals, services, or materials furnished under this Contract, who shall not have been paid therefor, shall present the same to the OWNER in writing and verified prior to the date specified above, or the OWNER shall be free of all liabilities for attempting to obtain payment to such persons by the CONTRACTOR. ”
