Sports Briefs: BYAA Baseball Tryouts Scheduled for
The Berthoud Youth Athletic Association is conducting baseball tryouts Sunday at the Town Fields, located on the corner of Fifth Street and Welch Avenue. Tryouts for 11-year-olds and under will be from 10 a.m. until noon. Tryouts for 12-year-olds and up will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. All interested players should bring a glove, bat, helmet and catcher’s gear if you have any along with water and a snack.
