Berthoud Town offices, community center, Berthoud Library; Loveland city offices, Senior Center, Loveland library, recycling center and COLT transit (normal schedule resumes Tuesday) are closed. The Chilson Rec Center will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Larimer County offices are closed. Additionally, Colorado driver’s license offices will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 8 due to state furloughs.
