Chuck and Mike Zapf, owners of NORCO Construction in Windsor, and NORCO Custom Coating in Berthoud, announce the opening of their newest company, NORCO Insulation.

NORCO Insulation will be operated out of their facility at 795 N. Second Street, a location central to the Northern Colorado area the new company will serve.

Having recently purchased the assets of an insulation company from BMC West, the Zapfs have hired former BMC West employee, Kevin Miller to manage the new business. Miller has over 15 years of experience in the insulation business, and is excited about the opportunity to work with the Zapfs and NORCO Insulation.

“With all the tax credits available, we are pretty busy right now,” stated Miller. The new company will provide different types of insulation systems for new construction or remodels in both the residential and commercial buildings.

Chuck and Mike Zapf have a long history of business ownership and they look forward to turning this newest venture into a thriving company. “We’ll grow as the business grows,” stated Miller, who currently has two employees, but intends to add 4 to 6 new employees in the near future.
