“Getting to Know Rural Properties,” a continuing education opportunity for Realtors and Real Estate Appraisers will be held on Oct. 22, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Southwest Weld County Services Complex. Topics will include living on the land, water and your right to use it, mineral/gas/petroleum rights, livestock zoning and weed disclosures. Registration fee is $100.
