The Berthoud Wrestling Club is seeking prospective members. Interested participants may register during a practice. Practices will begin Oct. 12 at the Berthoud High School wrestling room. Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays for youth ages 4 to 8 at 5:30 p.m. and for youth ages 9-14 at 6:30 p.m.

TNA Wrestling event at the Budweiser Oct. 31
Total Nonstop Action is bringing its brand of professional wrestling to the Budweiser Events Center on Saturday, Oct. 31 for a special afternoon Halloween event at 4.

Performers scheduled for the card include TNA World Champion A.J. Styles, X Division champion Samoa Joe, Beer Money, Inc., Rhino, Suicide, Awesome King, Abyss, Hernandez, D’Angelo Dinero, Eric Young, Kiyoshi, Homicide, Shark Boy, Hamada and more.

Tickets, which are on sale at the Bud Center box office as well as online at  www.ComcastTix.com, range from $20 to $50 in price.

Activities for the show include trick-or-treating prior to the event, a costume contest where fans can win backstage passes and a “Monster’s Ball” match.
