McKee CEO steps down
CEO Chris Cornue is stepping down from his post at McKee Hospital this Friday, Oct. 23. In a letter dated Thursday, Oct. 15, Cornue, who moved to Colorado anticipating relocating his family at a later date, noted pressing family needs require him to “move back to Chicago to be with them.”
He said the decision was a difficult one. “I have never had a job that I have enjoyed so much, nor been in a community that is so special. I believe strongly in what we have accomplished in the past 13 months and in the direction that McKee is heading … one that all of you will carry on.”
