ORDINANCE NO. 1116
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 1046, 1052, 1074 AND 1102 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF BERTHOUD, LARIMER AND WELD COUNTIES, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BERTHOUD, LARIMER AND WELD COUNTIES, COLORADO:
Section 1. Monthly minimum Water Fees:
The monthly minimum water fees shall be decreased 5% as follows and Ordinance Numbers 1046, 1052, 1074 and 1102 are hereby repealed.

Section 2. Monthly Water Volume Charges:
The monthly water rates for Multi-Family, Educational, Commercial and Residential usage shall be decreased from the rates established in Ordinance Numbers 1046, 1052, 1074 and 1102 by 5% as follows:

Section 3. Wastewater Fees:
The following fees shall be charged for wastewater service. The prior wastewater fee is hereby
increased 3%:

Section 4 Effective Date:
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud herewith finds, determines and designates that an emergency exists which jeopardizes the fiscal stability and welfare of the citizens of the Town of Berthoud and this ordinance shall, therefore, be effective upon adoption. The fees set forth in this ordinance shall take effect with the January 2010 billing cycle.
At its meeting Nov. 17, 2009, a public hearing was set by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud for its regular meeting held on Dec. 8, 2009. After the public hearing, the Ordinance was read, passed and ordered published by the Board of Trustees at its meeting this 8th day of December, 2009.
