444 People Started Off the New Year with a DUI

DENVER – The Colorado State Patrol and more than 50 law enforcement agencies across the state reported making 444 DUI arrests during the recent New Year’s Eve “Heat Is On” enforcement period, Dec. 30, 2009, through Jan. 4, 2010. Female Boxer found west of town

A medium sized female Boxer, fawn colored with white on the chest and paws and black on the muzzle wandered on to Sandy Lunberg’s porch on West County Road 8 last night, She is very friendly, but scared of new things. No collar or tags. In very good physical condition. Sandy is keeping the dog at her house until the owner can be found. There is a happy ending to this story.
