The Berthoud High School Cheer Squad entertained the crowd with a Half-Time performance at this week’ girls basketball game against Broomfield.

A look at the Cheer schedule will give you a hint of how much time these girls put in. They have almost no days off as they “work” every game of every sport. This weekend their instructions for the Soeby Spartan Classic wrestling are to show up at 8 a.m. and expect to be finished around 5:30 p.m. That follows a late evening of basketball the night before.

Cheerleading is a pretty tough business and these young ladies work hard at their craft, so yell out loud and strong when they kick up their heels. They deserve your support.
