Legal Notice: Public Hearing for variance to Development Code for Prairie Star

The Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud has scheduled a public hearing for a request for a variance to the Development Code for Prairie Star. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Board Room, 328 Massachusetts Ave., Berthoud, Co. 80513.
