Although the moonlit glare may make it difficult to see this tiny, dipper-shape cluster of starlets tonight, be sure to check out the Pleiades on a dark, moonless night. Berthoud Boys top Skyline 53 to 34

Joel Maly led the Spartan attack with 26 points and 16 rebounds. Mark Mathiesen was 4 for 4 from outside the circle and contributed 14 points. Zach Ruebesam made his 6 points with a three-pointer and three free throws. Greg Hutchins added 4 points and Jeff Carlson 3 as the Spartans defeat the Falcons 53 to 34. At nightfall, you’ll find the moon high in your southern sky, and the three stars outlining the head of the Ram to the upper right of the moon. These Aries’ stars are Hamal, Sheratan and Mesarthim. Berthoud Wrestlers battle hard at Roosevelt

By Denise Schump The score board may have showed 42 points for the Roosevelt Roughriders and 21 for the Spartans after the duel meet on Thursday night in Johnstown, but spectators on both sides of the stands were on the edges of their seats throughout the meet.
