These stars represent the Belt of Orion the Hunter. Also, notice the star Sirius. On old sky maps, the mighty Hunter of the ancient myths is seen poised with an upraised club and shield, as though fending off the raging Bull, Taurus. From a Press Release Loveland, Colo. – The 2010 Miss Colorado High School Pageant took place February 6 at the Roberta Price Civic Auditorium in Loveland, Colorado. With the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Loveland being the Official Host Hotel. Twenty-one delegates from all over the state of Colorado competed for the coveted crown. Basketball playoffs at Berthoud

This note form Athletic Director, Mark Avery "As it looks right now, I believe that both the BHS boys and girls basketball teams will be hosting a game on Thursday, February 11th in the first round of the Northern Conference Basketball Tournament.  It is conceivable that we will also play one or more games on Saturday as well, but I have not run all of the scenarios yet.  Game times will be 5:30pm for girls and 7:00pm for boys. Spartan Wrestlers get ready for regionals

By Denise Schump The Spartan grapplers hit the road on Thursday to battle the Sterling Tigers in the last regional dual meet of the season. With Sterling’s three open weights and Berthoud’s eight state ranked wrestlers, the Tigers did not have much of a chance. Berthoud High Hosts Colorado VEX Robotics Championship

Press Release Berthoud, CO (Action-Works) February 7, 2010.   Berthoud High School, Thompson School District’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) showcase school, played host to the 2010 Colorado VEX Championship.
