Berthoud boys lose to Northridge 73 – 80
The Spartans made a valiant effort and kept the final score close. The Berthoud boys scored 46 of their points in the second half while holding Northridge to 37. Berthoud matched the Grizzlies point for point in the first quarter but fell behind in the second period and the comeback was not quite enough. The boys will play Silver Creek on Thursday at Berthoud High School
Lady Spartans over Northridge 63 – 44
Playoff game Thursday at Berthoud High School The Spartans started off the evening with a strong performance. Northridge controlled the tip-off but was unable to score. Berthoud also had trouble finding the basket for the first two minutes but led 7 – 0 with four minutes remaining in the first quarter.
