Utility Advisory Board hears about non-potable water
The main item of business for the Feb. 10 Utility Advisory Board meeting was a presentation by the Thompson School District on the subject of non-potable water. Brian Erickson, Director of Facilities Services, and Rob Stafford, the district Resource Conservation Manager addressed the board in an informal briefing. Stafford reviewed the newly installed non-potable system for Turner Middle School. He said that the water bill for the school had gone from $8,000 per year to $65,000 after the ... Full Story
