Press Release
The next session in this season’s series of Employers’ Roundtables, “Letting Go of the Status Quo: Effective Change Leadership,” is scheduled for Thursday morning, March 18, 8 a.m.-9:30 a.m., in the Columbine Room of the Fort Collins Lincoln Center. This seminar will be presented by Ava Diamond of Diamond Success Group.
The only constant in today’s world is change—and the velocity is rapidly increasing. Our customers, our employees, and our leaders are trying to make sense of this turbulent business environment. The ability to lead people through change has become a core competency. If you’re not good at it, both you and your organization will suffer.
Do you deal well with change? Are you skillful at leading others through change? Could you use some additional concepts and tips?
This program is a “don’t miss,” and includes: the only two things that really motivate people to change; the seven words that will kill your business; the leadership behaviors you need to implement right now to be effective in today’s environment; how to deal with resistance to change; misconceptions about change that will derail your efforts to move your organization forward.
To reserve a seat for this, or any Employers’ Roundtable, please register online at: larimerworkforce.org/roundtables [1], or call Lori Zuccolin at 498-6606.
Employers’ Roundtables are presented by the Larimer County Workforce Center and the Larimer County Enterprise Zone and are free of charge.
