LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to the liquor laws of Colorado, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud has scheduled a public hearing  of the hotel restaurant liquor license of J.B. Clymer’s for a proposed change of name to Main Street Station Eatery and also a change of location from 400 Mountain Ave., Berthoud, Co. to 335 Mountain Ave., Berthoud, Co.   The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Board Room, 328 Massachusetts Ave., Berthoud, CO 80513.
