[1] The Larimer County Department of Natural Resources will facilitate a Volunteer Naturalist training beginning in late April.
Volunteer Naturalists are trained to perform public education programs on various topics including conservation, wildlife, biology, and agriculture on open spaces and park properties.
The training will include experts from multiple natural resource agencies such as the Division of Wildlife, Larimer County Natural Resources, and the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program.
If you or somebody you know is interested, apply early! These trainings fill up quickly. They include classroom sessions and many field days, during the work week as well as on weekends from late April through early June for a total of 11 days.
For more information and a complete job description please contact CJ Cullins, Volunteer Program Coordinator.
