PETERMAN MINOR LAND DIVISION LOT 2 AMENDED PLAT, FILE #10-S2949: Request: Amended plat of Lot 2 of the Peterman MLD to adjust the boundaries of the lot with an adjoining parcel, to be Boundary Adjusted; located on the south side of CR 8E east of the intersection with CR 27E 1.5 miles east of Carter Lake.
*3. WALTERS SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT TIME EXTENSION, FILE #08-S2780: Request: One year extension of time to complete a Final Plat for a Subdivision to divide 13.71 acres into 2 lots for single-family residential use; located approximately 2 º miles east of Interstate 25 on County Road 18 on the north side of the road.
