Joye D. Freddy, June 17, 1929 - May 15, 2010 Joye D. Freddy (Kelly) passed into the hands of the Lord Jesus on May 15, 2010. Joye was born in a sod house in Frontier County just north of Cambridge, Nebraska on June 17, 1929. She graduated from Cambridge High, Cambridge, NE in 1946. She attended Parks Business School in Denver and then joined the Civil Service.
