Imperial Estates 2nd Filing Lot 27 Easement Vacation, FILE #10-S2968: Request: A request to vacate 3í of a 24í utility easement primarily used for drainage, 21í of the easement would remain for drainage and other utilities. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located at 3904 Crescent Drive, Fort Collins, between Seneca Dr. and Taft Hill Rd.
*2. Hicks Exemption Parcels A & B Amended Plat, File #10-S2957: Request: Amended Plat of the Hicks Exemption to combine two legal parcels and one illegally split parcel into 1 property; located at 1725 W. Trilby Rd., Ω mile east of Taft Hill Rd. on Trilby
*3. HIGHLAND PLACE TRACT 38 A.M.ENDED PLAT, FILE #10-S2958: Request: Amended Plat of Tract 38 to add an illegally divided adjacent piece of property to the lot; located at 3020 Abbottsford St., Fort Collins, Ω mile east of Terry Lake Rd. off Gregory or Richards Lake Rd.
*4. Glacier View Meadows 12th Filing Lots 65a And 75 Right-Of-Way/Easement Vacation, File #10-S2962: Request: A request to vacate Snake Mountain Court Right-of-Way adjacent to Lots 65A and 75. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located at 63 Snake Mountain Ct., off Meadow Mountain Drive in Glacier View Meadows 12th Filing.
5. Sunrise Ranch Special Review And Special Exception Extension And Amended Conditions Of Approval, FILE #05-Z1577 and #05-Z1578: Request: Extend the approval for the Sunrise Ranch Special Review and Special Exception for an additional 3 years and amend the conditions of approval to allow the applicant additional time (until Sept. 12, 2011) to complete a Development Agreement; located along County Road 29 approximately 2 miles north of the Highway 34 intersection.
6. Columbine Lodge Special Review And Appeals, File #09-Z1745 Tabled From May 17, 2010: Request: A) Special Review for an existing non-conforming resort lodge and retail store, and expansions to include a tent campground and office/retail space for recreational business. B) Appeals to Section 18.4.1.B, Section 18.4.3.B, Section 18.4.3.D and Section 18.4.4.A regarding the campground addition; located on the north side of Highway 14 (Poudre Canyon), approximately 10 miles west of Highway 287, in the Poudre Park Subdivision.
