Don and Ilene Beard of Pritchett, Colo., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Mary Grace Beard of Berthoud, Colo., to Keith Alan Gildenmeister of Broomfield, Colo., son of Cheryl Gildenmeister of Avon, Ohio, and Daniel and Jane Gildenmeister of Sandusky, Ohio.

The couple will exchange vows Aug. 7, 2010, in Windsor, Colo.

The reception will be in Berthoud, Colo.

The bride-elect is a May 2010 graduate of University of Northern Colorado.

She is employed at Resurrection Christian School as a second-grade teacher.

The prospective groom is expected to graduate in 2011 with a masters in software engineering at Regis University in Denver, Colo.

He is employed at Amgen Automation Engineer.
