If you have a level horizon and crystal-clear skies, you might catch the thin waxing crescent moon and the planet Mercury next to the horizon. Justin Smith most qualified candidate for Sheriff
First, I'd like to thank Mr. Bruning for 6 years of military service. Next, I'd like to thank Major Justin Smith for his 20+ years of Law Enforcement experience. Justin's credentials for the position of Larimer County Sheriff far outweigh those claimed by Mr. Bruning. Of course, if Mr. Bruning would decide to let people know what experience he had to offer from the missing 19 years of his life, we might be able to look at his experience levels differently. With a $43 million budget and 420 employees, the office of sheriff needs a person who has the business experience to handle these. The right person could save taxpayers' money by streamlining the sheriff's department. That person is Carl Bruning. Carl brings the kind of leadership needed to manage an organization effectively.
