LTO 24-Inch telescope installation

- Meinte Veldhuis and Dick Strachan watched closely as the telescope began it is final journey on October 27, 2009.
[1]- The dome comes over the new installation last October.
The Little Thompson Observatory 24-inch telescope has had a long journey. Brought to Berthoud a couple of years ago it had to await the construction of the second pier and dome at the observatory. The instrument was finally put in place last October and has been awaiting funding to complete the installation.
The Loveland Reporter-Herald gives an update:
