Spartans now 2-0 in Soccer

Coach Jon Barron's squad brought home another decisive victory as they defeated Roosevelt 7-4. Berthoud led 3-2 at the half on goals by Ayala, Beltran and Berra. Berthoud added four more goals in the second period with two scores by Karlsen with Beltran and Ayala each scoring. Roosevelt is now 1-1 while Berthoud is 2-0. The team has a busy schedule this week, traveling to Broomfield on Wednesday to play Holy Family, who defeated Arvada 4-2 on their only game.  The home game withThompson Valley ... Full Story
