NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the BERTHOUD COMMUNITY LIBRARY DISTRICT, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, will hold a Special Meeting at 6:30 p.m., on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Berthoud Community Library, 236 Welch Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado.  The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2011 budget and conduct such other business as may come before the Board.  All meetings are open to the Public.
