Greeley Museums Publishing Book On Weld County’s

The Friends of the Greeley Museums and the City of Greeley Museums are preparing a book on Weld County’s history to be released in 2011, the 150th anniversary of Weld County. The comprehensive illustrated book will be titled Weld County Towns: The First 150 Years. Nancy Lynch, exhibits curator for the Greeley Museums, and a team of museum historians are researching the community histories and selecting images for the book. Lloyd Glenn, a Fort Collins businessman, has been called to serve as Bishop of the Berthoud-based Twin Peaks Young Single Adults Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
