Huskies over Spartan boys

Despite 16 points by Zach Ruebesam and 13 by Greg Hutchins, the Spartans fell to the Huskies 59-44. The Spartans played well the second half, staying with in one point in the scoring. Unfortunately, a disastrous first half  had the Berthoud High team down by 14 points a the half. The Spartans were unable to make up the deficit. Box score and stats below

Berthoud Girls Basketball Falls to Valley By Dan Karpiel Sports Writer The Berthoud High girls basketball team lost 53-35 to the Valley Vikings in a rare Thursday evening game in the BHS gym. The loss drops the Berthoud to 12-6 overall and 7-3 in the 3A Patriot League. Thursday evening’s game was the final regular season contest at home of the 2010/11 season for the Lady Spartans.
