Larimer County – The application deadline is Tuesday, February 22 for an opening on the public volunteer board, the Larimer County Planning Commission. People can apply online at www.larimer.org/boards ^[1], or pick up an application at a County office, contact Diane Tokarz in the Larimer County Commissioners’ Office at 498-7015, dtorkarz@larimer.org ^[2] for more details. 

Larimer County’s Planning Commission is responsible for adopting a long-range master plan for the physical development of the unincorporated territory of the County. The planning Commission also reviews and makes recommendations on zoning, rezoning, subdivisions, and Special Reviews.  They generally meet twice a month: their general meeting day with field trips; and then once a month in a joint work session with the Board of County Commissioners.
