DATE:             February 13, 2011 At approximately 6:58 AM Larimer County Sheriff Dispatch received a request for assistance and responded to a report of a female who had exited a motor vehicle on north bound Interstate 25 near mile marker 269 just north of the Prospect interchange.  The Colorado State Patrol and PVH Ambulance Service also responded.  According to witness statements and initial investigation, she attempted to step in front of a north bound semi-truck.  ...
