April Guided Hikes and Programs in Larimer County’s

Nature Notes Club Larimer County Natural Resources Nature Notes Club is accepting new members throughout the spring. You can join current members already journaling in the style of John Muir and Aldo Leopold with Volunteer Naturalist Lisa. Man Dies in Glider Crash

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, Larimer County Sheriff's deputies responded to the area of North County Road 7 and Aldridge Road on the report of a plane crash.  Upon arrival deputies discovered a glider crashed into the side of a hill in a ravine.  There was one occupant in the glider, a male in his late 70's or early 80's who was deceased.
