LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado.

Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The Rawlins Daily Times reports Harmon is accused of failing to return the Escalade to a car dealership in Berthoud, Colo., after taking it for a test drive.

The newspaper reports he also is suspected of burglarizing a former place of employment in Cheyenne before taking camping items from the Walmart on Wednesday.

One police report says Harmon also faces three marijuana-related felonies, including a charge of cultivating more than 30 plants, in Larimer County in Colorado.
