Harmon arrested in Johnstown
The Larimer County Sheriff's Department is reporting Berthoud police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Laramie, Wyoming. The sheriff's department says 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon was arrested in Johnstown without incident. Harmon was wanted for an alleged robbery in Laramie and and was also accused of stealing a 2006 Cadillac Escalade that he reported sinking into Carter Lake last Monday after he had taken it for a test drive from a Berthoud auto ...
