Controversial Non-Goal Helps Rush Force Game 6

  RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Rapid City Rush defeated the Colorado Eagles, 3-2, in Game 5 of the Turner Conference Finals with the possible assistance of a controversial non-goal call. The win kept the defending CHL champs' season alive, forcing a Game 6 back in Colorado on Monday night. The Eagles lead the best-of-seven series three-games-to-two. Lakewood man charged with embezzlement

Lakewood man charged with embezzlement from employee benefit plan DENVER – Mark F. Bishop, a 48 year old Lakewood man, made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Denver on Tuesday (May 3, 2011), where U.S. Magistrate Judge Craig B. Shaffer advised him of the pending charges, and the penalties associated with those charges. Bishop was also arraigned, where he entered the pro-forma not guilty plea.
