Spartan Softball Advance To State Semi-Finals

The Berthoud High School softball team won each of their state tournament playoff games on Friday and, for the second consecutive year, will advance to the 3A State semi-finals.
The Lady Spartans toppled Holyoke 7-2 in the Round 1 game before beating second-seed Holy Family 13-8 in the quarter-final game.
Berthoud will face off against Rocky Ford at 10:00am Saturday morning at Aurora Sports Park [2].
