Calico kitten found at 4th & Water

A friendly calico kitten turned up a 4th Street and Water Avenue today. The kitten is playful, friendly and gets along with the dogs. As much as the finder likes the kitten, she thinks somewhere, someone loves this little cat. Call 970-532-3267

  Ashley and Zachery Gettman of Berthoud announce the birth of Avery Lynn Gettman, Avery was born at the Medical Center of the Rockies on November 22, 2011. She weighed 6 lbs. 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. The Grandparents are John and Christy Gettman of Berthoud and Larry and Sara Nuckols, also of Berthoud.

for Colorado Springs man in tax-evasion case   DENVER — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that a Denver jury has convicted Colorado Springs resident Douglas Bruce (DOB: 8/26/1949) of three felonies and one misdemeanor related to his failure to pay taxes on income he earned during the 2005, 2006 and 2007 tax years. Eagles Win Another Wild One in Las Vegas
