Jeremy Roush cooking it up at Amherst

Local celebrity Chef Jeremy Roush has a cooking video in the “Mass Appeal.” Jeremy is the former operator of the Berthoud Wayside Inn and is now the Executive Chef at Amherst College.
Thanks to Jeremy’s father Dave for sending this link to the video from a local TV broadcast.
The video window is in the upper left and starts with some delicious looking cookies. A short advertisement follows and our friend Jeremy takes center stage.
