Shagwa Lake Shooting Date: 7/25/2012 Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the 200-block of Shagwa Drive in Red Feather Lakes at 12:45 this afternoon on the report of a shooting. Carolina Sell, 92, of Loveland, CO, died on July 21, 2012 at Good Samaritan Health Care Center in Loveland. She was born on December 4, 1919 in Windsor, Colorado, to Jacob and Mary (Kindsfather) Hill. In her early years, Carolina worked as a nanny for the owners of Denver Botanical Gardens. She married David Sell on March 16, 1941 in Loveland. He preceded her in death on October 7, 1992. Carolina worked as a cook at the Wayside Inn in Berthoud for 25 years, retiring in the early ... A local Larimer County business recently reported to the Larimer County Sheriff's Office they were being threatened with legal action from Imaging Supply Center, Inc. (ISC) out of Villa Park, California, for failure to pay for copy machine toner sent to them in 2010. Upon investigation, it was determined that ICS has had several complaints from around the country for sending unordered toner supplies to businesses and then billing them at prices three times the normal retail price for ...
