October 1 – Monday Movie.. call for title 970-532-2757

October 2— Busy B’s Story Time, 10:30 a.m. This lap-sit storytime is designed for caregivers to interact with babies and toddlers; with songs, finger plays, stories and bounces we will open the gateway to reading. Our sign language theme this week is family.

October 3- Sweet P’s Story Time, 10:30 a.m. Sweet P’s story time is designed for preschool children. Come interact with songs, finger plays, stories and activities we will build pre-reading skills and have fun doing it. Our sign language theme this week is family.

October 5 – at 10:30 a.m. Family Story Time, 10:30 a.m., library. We will interact with fun books, songs, and fingerplays.

October 6  – Bright Writer’s group to meet at 3 pm

October 6 – Oktoberfest at Fickle Park from 11am-6pm.  Visit the library booth and make a hat, or a donation, or both!  Enjoy story teller, Katy Little on stage from 2-3pm.

October 15 – Express your stress – at 5:30-7 pm Join artist, Lisa Davis DeMattei, for an evening of therapeutic art!  All ages welcome for some fall fun.

October 20 — at 11 am in the Berthoud Community Library meeting room Lego club will meet.

October 22— Paws to Read, 6:30 p.m., library.  Please sign up to read to a therapy dog. 970-532-2757.

October 26— at 10:30 a.m. Family Story Time, 10:30 a.m., library. We will interact with fun books, songs, and fingerplays.  Bring your Teddy Bear to this story time to commemorate the birth of Theodore Roosevelt!

October 26—                   at 5 pm in the Community Center.  Playground theater will perform a Halloween Spooktacular show.  We will serve food and drinks and give away prize bags to the first 45 children through the door.  Ask for a special prize for children under 3.
