Sunday, December 1

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Marshal Place. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a medical call on Douglas Place for a person having a seizure. The crew assisted TVEMS with medical care. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a four-vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 250. There was moderate to heavy damage to the vehicles. One occupant required medical attention. The crew helped with traffic control and the clearing of hazards from the roadway.

Tuesday, December 3

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on County Road 10E.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Willow Drive. The patient was transported.

Wednesday, December 4

BFPD responded to a fire alarm by an alarm company on East County Line Road. While enroute to the residence, the homeowner called to cancel the response.

BFPD responded to a rollover accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 249. This was a single vehicle rollover and there were no injuries reported.

Thursday, December 5

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call at the Berthoud Living Center.

BFPD responded to an outside odor investigation in the area of County Road 10E and First St. The crew searched the area and determined the odor to be residual smoke from chimneys.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Fourth St. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on N. 115th St. There were no reported injuries.

BFPD responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25. The crew was unable to locate an accident.

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 248. This was a single vehicle accident with no injuries reported.

Friday, December 6

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 252. There were two vehicles off the roadway. No injuries were reported.

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 253. One passenger was injured.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call for abdominal pain on Center Ridge. The patient was transported.

Saturday, December 7

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call for a toddler having seizures on Sprague Lane. The patient was transported.

Sunday, December 8

BFPD responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on S. Highway 287 and W. County Road 4E. The vehicle was found unoccupied and appeared to be stuck in the driveway. The crew assisted with pushing the vehicle out of the driveway for the owner at the residence.

Monday, December 9

BFPD responded to a residential fire alarm on Fourth St. There were no signs of smoke or fire present, but audible alarms were sounding. All of the detectors were found to be expired and faulty causing the alarms to activate.

BFPD responded to a medical call on Moss Rock Drive.

Tuesday, December 10

BFPD responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on West County Road 4. The fire crew found a vehicle off the road with minor damage. The vehicle was unoccupied and the owner from the nearby residence came on to the scene and explained this accident happened the day before and they were waiting for it to be towed.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on First Street for a patient who had fallen. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Weld County Road 46 for a possible stroke victim. The patient was transported.

Wednesday, December 11

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call at the Berthoud Living Center. The fire crew assisted with medical care for a male resident who had fallen landing on his face causing injury. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a medical call on Glacier Ave. The fire crew assisted TVEMS with medical care. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 250. This was a single vehicle, non- injury accident.

Thursday, December 12

BFPD responded to a commercial fire alarm at the Berthoud Living Center. The alarm system was being worked on by the maintenance of the building. The fire crew cleared the scene after investigating the center.

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Second Street and Welch Avenue.

BFPD responded to a report of a fuel spill on Interstate 25. There was a three-vehicle motor vehicle accident and a fuel tank was punctured causing the spill. The crew plugged the leak and cleaned the spill from the roadway.

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 245. The crew was unable to find an accident.

Friday, December 13

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on First St. for leg pain. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded with TVEMS for a medical call on Redwood Circle.

Saturday, December 14

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Welch Ave. This was a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident with moderate damage and no injuries reported.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Second Street for a person who had fallen and injured their knee.

Sunday, December 15

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Longview Drive. The patient was transported.

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Meining Road for a person who had fainted.

Monday, December 16

BFPD responded to a medical call with TVEMS on Michigan Ave.

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Pyramid Peak Street. The patient was transported.

Wednesday, December 18

BFPD responded to Berthoud Living Center for a patient having breathing difficulties. The crew assisted TVEMS with medical care. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a medical call on Bothun Road.

Thursday, December 19

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Fourth St.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on Sherman Drive. The patient was transported.

Friday, December 20

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call for diabetic complications on Blue Mountain Ave. The patient was transported.

Sunday, December 22

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Fourth Street for a person having chest pain. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call for a diabetic patient on Interstate 25.

BFPD responded to a five-vehicle accident on Interstate 25. There were no injuries reported. The fire crew assisted with traffic control.

BFPD responded to a reported vehicle accident on Weld County Road 1. The Berthoud Police and Weld County Sheriff were investigating the incident. This was a stolen car that had been driven off the road. There were no occupants in or around the vehicle.

Monday, December 23

BFPD responded to a medical call for a fall in the 1700 block of Callado St. and assisted TVEMS with patient care. The patient was transported.

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Meining Rd. The patient was transported.

Friday, December 27

BFPD responded to a Carbon monoxide alarm in the 200 block of Second Street. The crew on scene checked the residence with the Air Monitor; nothing was found. The fire crew replaced the alarm’s battery before leaving.

BFPD responded to a grassfire on Interstate 25. The call was cancelled en-route.

BFPD aided Loveland Fire with coverage of Loveland Station #3 while the its crew was dealing with a structure fire.

Saturday, December 28

BFPD responded to an accident at MM 250 on I-25 Southbound. Two vehicles were off the roadway with minor damage and all occupants were out of the vehicles. No injuries were involved.

BFPD responded to a medical call in the 4000 block of Soaring Peaks Dr. The fire crew initiated patient care until the arrival of TVEMS.

BFPD responded to a report of an accident on First Street south of Pioneer Sand and Gravel. A vehicle was found on the east side of the road with moderate left front-end damage. The vehicle was cold and clear of hazards. There was no sign of the driver. Incident was turned over the Berthoud PD for further investigation.

Sunday, December 29

BFPD responded to a medical call in the 700 block of Jay Place. TVEMS was on scene when the fire crew arrived. The crew assisted TVEMS with the patient. Patient was transported.

 Monday, December 30

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 at mile marker 252, involving two vehicles. There was minor damage to the vehicles and no injuries were reported.

BFPD responded to a medical call on Horseshoe Circle. The fire crew assisted TVEMS with medical attention. The patient was transported.

Tuesday, December 31

BFPD responded with TVEMS to a medical call on North County Road 17 for a patient experiencing hip and leg pain. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a motor vehicle accident in the eastbound lane of Highway 56, involving two cars. There was moderate to heavy damage to the vehicles. One occupant was injured with a possible broken leg. The crew assisted with transporting the patient and providing traffic control.
