Squad 61 responded to the 1400 block of Woodcock Drive for a laceration. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 100 block of Sunset Court for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical assist.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 200 block of Bein Street for a medical assist. TVEMS assumed patient care. The patient was loaded for transport to a local hospital.

Sunday, Jan. 3

Engine 62 dispatched to the 2800 block of Lake Hollow Drive for an 82-year-old man who was sick. TVEMS assumed patient care. The patient was loaded into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 responded to the 3400 block of Woodcock Street for a medical. The crew assisted TVEMS with patient evaluation. The patient refused transport.

Monday, Jan. 4

Berthoud Fire responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical.

Engine 61 dispatched to the 1300 block of Westport Avenue for an accidental alarm from cooking. Homeowner stated burnt food caused the alarm to activate and everything was okay.

Citizen assist to the 1600 block of Mt. Meeker to change smoke detector batteries.  

Engine 61 responded to the 600 block of 7th Street for a single motor vehicle accident. A male that was found unconscious and breathing. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with packaging and loading of the patient for transport.

Squad 61 responded to the 100 block of 2nd Street for a medical. Squad 61 assisted with loading of the patient for transport.

Tuesday, Jan. 5

Engine 61 dispatched to the 300 block of Dorothy Drive for a sick person. TVEMS initiated patient care. The crew assisted with loading of the patient for transport.

Wednesday, Jan. 6

Squad 61 dispatched to the 4300 block of Arthur Avenue for an 86-year-old woman who had fallen. TVEMS arrived and assumed patient care. The patient was transported to a local hospital.

Thursday, Jan. 7

Squad 61 responded to the 400 block of Meadowlark Drive for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care. The patient was loaded for transport.

Berthoud Fire responded to the intersection of Hwy 60 and Hwy 287 for a 4-vehicle accident. TVEMS arrived and assumed patient care.

Engine 61 responded to the 400 block of Capitol Avenue for a faulty CO detector. After confirming that there was no CO in the house, the home was turned back over to the homeowner. The homeowner stated he would purchase a new detector.

Jan. 8

Engine 61 responded to the 400 block of 14th Street for mutual aid with Loveland Fire for a structure fire. There was a working fire in a small single-story house. The fire was determined under control after the drywall was striped in the fireroom and no active fire persisted.

Engine 61 dispatched to the area of E. Highway 56 and Weld County Road 1 for a two-vehicle accident with moderate damage. The vehicle occupants were checked for injuries with none reported. The crew provided traffic control and completed debris clean up. The scene was turned over to LCSO.

Engine 62 responded to the 2800 block of Martingale Drive for a medical assist. The crew assisted TVEMS with packaging and loading the patient into the ambulance for transport.

Engine 61 dispatched to the intersection of 42nd Street SE and S. Lincoln Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. A single vehicle had run into a pole. The patient was assessed, removed from the vehicle and packaged for transport. The patient was transported emergent to a local hospital. The crew cleaned up all fluid and debris and turned the scene over to Loveland PD.

Engine 62 dispatched to the 1200 block of Lakota Ridge Court for a 49-year-old woman with abdominal pain. TVEMS assumed patient care. The patient was packaged and loaded into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Jan. 9

Engine 61 dispatched to the 1400 block of S Highway 287 for a two-vehicle accident. The crew checked all occupants for injury. One occupant was transported to a local hospital. The scene was turned over to LCSO.

Monday, Jan. 11

Squad 61 responded to the 1600 block of Weld Cty Road 38 for a sick person. TVEMS assumed patient care.  The crew assisted with loading of the patient for transport.

Tuesday, Jan. 12

Engine 61 was dispatched to the 600 block of Torreys Peak Lane for smoke and odor inside the house. Crew 61 checked the house using the air monitor and thermal imaging camera and found nothing. The homeowner was advised to call us back if the odor returned.

Engine 62 responded to the 3000 block of W Cty Road 8 for an 82-year old female not feeling well. TVEMS assumed patient care and cleared Engine 62 the scene.

Engine 61 responded to the 600 block of Weld Cty Road for wires down/arcing lines. The incident was caused by a single motor vehicle accident. Command found the vehicle hit the power pole and broke it from the ground. The crew remained on scene until the power was turned off by PVREA. The scene was turned over to the Colorado State Patrol.

Squad 61 responded to the 200 block of Mountain Avenue for a sick person. The patient’s parents decided that she should go to the hospital, and they would transport her.

Wednesday, Jan. 13

Squad 61 responded to the 800 block of Longview Avenue to assist TVEMS with loading of a female for transport to a local hospital.

Engine 62 was dispatched to the 3700 block of W Cty Road 8 for a transfer of an 82-year old female to a local hospital.

Citizen assist to the 2000 block of Elmwood Street for replacement of smoke detector batteries.

Squad 61 responded to the 800 block of 7th Street for an 84-year old male with a bloody nose. TVEMS assumed patient care.  Squad 61 cleared and went available.

Squad 61 was dispatched to the 600 block of Great Basin Court for a traumatic injury. Upon arrival located a 78-year old female that dislocated her hip. The crew assisted with packaging the patient for transport.

Thursday, Jan. 14

Engine 61 responded to I-25 NB for a grass fire. Engine 623 was also added due to high winds. Colorado State Patrol was to respond due to smoke impeding the interstate. The fire was knocked down and all units were cleared and went available.

Friday, Jan. 15

Engine 62 responded to the 4000 block of Meining Road for an 89-year old male that had fallen. TVEMS arrived on scene and took over patient assessment. The patient was transported to a local hospital.

Berthoud Fire was dispatched to the 700 block of 4th Street for a 65-year old male with breathing problems. The patient was loaded into the ambulance and transported to a local hospital.

Squad 61 was dispatched to the 2700 block of Tallgrass Lane for a 2-year old female who had fallen.  TVEMS assumed patient care.  The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital. 

Saturday, Jan. 16

Squad 61 responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical assist.

Engine 61 was dispatched to the 800 block of South County Road 15A for a patient who had fallen.  TVEMS assumed patient care.  The crew assisted with packaging and loading the patient into the ambulance for transport. 

Engine 61 responded to the 800 block of 14th Street for a lift assist.

Engine 62 was dispatched to the 2400 block of Likens Drive for a seizure patient.  TVEMS assumed patient care.  The crew assisted with packaging and loading the patient for transport.

Engine 61 was dispatched to the 2000 block of Tabor Street for a medical.  TVEMS assumed patient care.  The crew assisted with packaging and loading the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 responded to the 4600 block of N Sunshine Court for chest pain. The crew assisted TVEMS with loading the patient for transport.

Squad 61 responded to the 4600 block of Mountain View Court for a lift assist.

Engine 61 dispatched to the 2400 block of Likens Drive for a sick person. The crew assisted TVEMS with loading the patient for transport.

Squad 61 responded to the 1700 block of 1st Street for chest pain. The crew began patient assessment and transferred care to TVEMS.

Tuesday, January 19

Engine 61 dispatched to the intersection of S Lincoln Avenue and 14th Street SE for a motor vehicle accident. There was a single person on the ground. The crew checked the patient for injuries. Patient care was transferred to TVEMS. The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport.

Engine 61 dispatched to the 1500 block of Chokeberry Street for a residential alarm fire. There were no signs of fire showing. The crew entered the home and began investigating. A damaged smoke detector was found. The homeowner was made aware of the findings.

Citizen assist to the 2800 block of Night Sky Drive to install a new smoke/CO detector.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 1300 block of 4th Street for breathing problems. The crew assisted TVEMS with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport.

Engine 61 responded to the 200 block of E Nebraska for a lift assist.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 200 block of E Nebraska for a sick person. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with loading the patient for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 dispatched to the Love’s Truck Stop for a law enforcement request for medical. The crew began patient assessment and transferred care to TVEMS. The patient refused care or transport.

Thursday, January 21

Squad 61 responded to the 700 block of 4th Street for a person who had fallen. The patient was moved from the floor to a chair.  TVEMS assumed patient care.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 2500 block of E Highway 56 for a medical assist. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted TVEMS with loading the patient for transport to a local hospital.

BFPD dispatched to the 1500 block of Mount Meeker Avenue for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crews loaded the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Engine 62 dispatched to the 2600 block of Blue Mountain Avenue for a 79-year-old male who was sick. TVEMS assumed patient care.

Squad 61 responded to the 300 block of Cheyenne Drive for a medical assist to a 79-year-old man. The patient was assessed at which time TVEMS determined the patient needed further medical attention. The crew assisted with loading the patient for transport.

Squad 61 responded to the 700 block of 4th Street for a lift assist.

Squad 62 dispatched to the 1700 block of Caballero Street for a medical assist to a 78-year-old woman. Patient care was transferred to TVEMS. The crew assisted with loading the patient for transport.

Saturday, January 23

Squad 61 dispatched to the 1100 block of W County Road 14 for a medical assist to a 30-year-old woman. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with obtaining vitals and loading the patient for transport.

Squad 62 dispatched to the 3400 block of W County Road 4 for an 84-year-old woman who had fallen. The patient was assessed and helped up. Patient care was transferred to TVEMS.

Sunday, January 24

Squad 61 responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 1000 block of Franklin Avenue for a possible stroke patient. TVEMS assumed patient care. The patient was loaded into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 1300 block of 4th Street for a possible stroke patient. TVEMS assumed patient care. Patient was loaded into the ambulance for transport.

Tuesday, Jan. 26

Berthoud Fire responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a false alarm in their alarm system. The system was reset and was in normal operating status when command was terminated.

Berthoud Fire dispatched to a 12- vehicle accident on I-25. A fuel leak was identified on one of the semi-trucks, and the hazard group was able to secure the leak. Crews determined 6 patients that needed transport and began loading them into ambulances. Colorado State Patrol began working on a plan to clear the vehicles.

Engine 61 responded to the intersection of Larimer Cty Road 10E and Clayton Place for a motor vehicle accident with 2 occupants that needed to be evaluated by TVEMS. The crew began debris clean up and hazards were mitigated. Scene was then turned over to Larimer County Sheriff and all units cleared.

Engine 61 responded to the intersection of Hwy 287 and 42nd Street SE for a 2-vehicle accident. Engine 61 assisted with traffic control until the tow trucks arrived. The debris and fluids leak were mitigated and cleaned up.

Engine 62 responded to the area of Lake View Avenue and N Berthoud Parkway for a single vehicle slide off into a utility box. TVEMS assumed patient care of the 2 occupants, at which time both refused transport. REA arrived and began working on the utility box.

Squad 61 witnessed a vehicle slide off the road on Berthoud Parkway after leaving another scene. Squad 61 evaluated one patient and deemed non-injury. The scene was turned over to the Larimer County Sheriff.

Squad 61 responded to the 700 block of N. County Road 13 for a lift assist.

Wednesday, Jan. 27

Squad 61 responded to the 200 block of 2nd Street for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with loading of the patient for transport.

Thursday, Jan. 28

Engine 62 responded to the 2000 block of Lake Hollow Road for a cut gas line. Xcel Energy arrived on scene and clamped the punctured gas line.

Friday, Jan. 29

BFPD responded to I-25 mm250 NB for a two-vehicle accident. The crew assessed all vehicle occupants. Two patients were transported to a local hospital. BFPD remained on scene until the area was cleared of hazards, and CSP completed their investigation.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 100 block of Leanna Drive for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care of the 61-year-old male. The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport.

Engine 62 dispatched to the 500 block of Country Road for a 69-year-old female with breathing problems. TVEMS assumed patient care. The crew assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital.

Engine 61 dispatched to I-25 mm252 NB for a two-vehicle accident. All patients were assessed for injuries. One person was loaded and transported to a local hospital. The scene was turned over to CSP.

Engine 62 dispatched to the 4400 block of Getaway Drive for a medical. The crew evaluated the patient. The scene was turned over to TVEMS and LCSO.

Squad 61 dispatched to the 1400 block of Biffle Court for diabetic problems. The crew assisted TVEMS with patient care. The patient responded to medical treatment.
