Captain John Manago Graduates from FBI National Academy Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith is pleased to announce that Captain John Manago has graduated from the FBI's National Academy Program at Quantico, Virginia. The 251st session of the National Academy included participants from 49 states, the District of Columbia, 29 international countries, four military organizations and six federal civilian organizations. Premier level 10 gymnast, Bailie Holst, was honored with an invitation to compete in the Premier Elite Session on Saturday night.   Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Shane Wagner, DOB: 03/26/1985 of Bellfourche, South Dakota and Jeremy Christopherson, DOB:  01/23/1987, of Spearfish, South Dakota for possession of 28.75 ounces of marijuana.
