Citizen’s minutes for April 27, 2010 by Dorian Ryan-Tacy From Berthoud Town Forum Citizen Reports; Dorian Ryan-Tacy spoke about Art in the Garden to be held June 26. She outlined the event and the sponsorship opportunities and the website www.berthoudartinthegarden.com. She said that Citizens First was happy to be working with both Berthoud arts organizations BAHA and Wildfire. The Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association annually recognizes a Buyer of the Year for their contributions to the procurement profession, to the entity they serve, to professional development, to RMGPA and to the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. Big changes coming for Berthoud’s Pioneer Park

The Parks and Open Space Committee meeting last week opened with a presentation P.J. DiPentino. He introduced Alan Wasson, who will be taking over as the director for the BMX track. DiPentino came to ask the committee to recommend some level of support from the town for track maintenance. He described the benefits of the track for the town and the number of hours he spent marinating the track.
